How Often Do You Restock Sold Out Items?

Our Manufacturer Is very efficient and can have us resupplied within 3-5 days if we sell out.  Sign up for our newsletter to receive announcements about restocks and new products! 

 

Are your products tested on animals?

We all love animals and are committed to being 100% Vegan and Cruelty Free.

 

Are your products vegan?

Yes almost all of our products are. Non-Vegan products will be clearly labeled on each product page.

 

I am sensitive to certain ingredients. Do you have your ingredients listed? 

Yes! each of our products ingredients can be provided to you upon request.

 

How much is shipping?

DOMESTIC

Each Domestic order is calculated at checkout and will be sent either Standard, First Class or Priority with tracking depending on the option you use. 

CANADA & INTERNATIONAL

$10- $15 USPS Standard (weight based)

$25 USPS First Class International

I received my tracking number but why does it say NOT FOUND?

Please allow 24 Hours for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.

 

**Please keep in mind Postal Holidays as we can not ship these dates**

 

Do you ship internationally?

YES! 

However, please keep in mind customs and additional shipping fees may apply depending on your country's postal service. Vibrance Cosmetics has no control over these additional fees.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

DOMESTIC

Once your order is fulfilled it takes 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS for items shipping from our fulfillment center in Las Vegas to arrive.  Items shipping directly from our Manufacturers location may take up to 15 business days.

You will receive a USPS tracking number by email when your order is fulfilled.

Please allow for a few extra business days if your order was placed on or around these US postal holidays 

 

CANADA & INTERNATIONAL

STANDARD: This varies based on country and how long it takes to clear through your country's customs. 

PRIORITY: 6-10 BUSINESS DAYS with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order is fulfilled.

Can you declare my international order as a gift or lower the value?

As much as we love our customers and consider each item a gift of joy and happiness, we cannot legally declare international shipments as gifts or change the purchase price on the customs declaration forms.

 

I am an international customer and my tracking info says my package is still awaiting a departure scan?

We can assure you that your order is on its way!

Tracking for your order is updated when it arrives in your country. Sometimes the local post office misses a scan but your package will arrive and it's still on its way to you.

 

MY CC/Bank Statement shows multiple charges from Vibrance Cosmetics.  What does this mean?

Your order(s) did not process if you did not receive a confirmation email. The most common mistake is the billing address does not match the cards address. Any pending charges that appear incorrectly will drop off your account within a few business days depending on your bank.

Does Vibrance offer Gift Cards?

Currently we do not, but this is something we are working on for the very near future.

Currently our list is closed.  Please feel free to join or partner program for a special discount code.  If approved you will receive an email containing your specialized discount code and instructions for joining our team

  

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

Email Support@VibranceCosmetics.com upon discovering damages when receiving your order.

In your email please attach a picture of your damaged item and please Provide Your Full Name and Order# in the subject field
